c1 multiplies the square root of the frequency number you type. Its dimension is loss divided by that square root. MHz and GHz are labels, not a conversion.

c2 multiplies that frequency number times the dimensionless loss tangent. Its dimension is loss divided by the frequency number.

The equation does not state dB, dB per length, or nepers, and it does not include trace length. This page therefore does not print the numeric sum.
